Are we being too greedy or is he trying to "get over" on us?

Companies like Starbucks, Whole Foods and Trader Joes are chains that DO NOT franchise out, and so they have internal teams doing diligence, market metrics based on income and family size, and tend to pick good soil for their stores. 

Here in Florida, we find properties for Investors that focus on wholesales, and they are quite successful because of their network of buyers.The point to remember is that for it to work, you need to not be greedy as every deal needs to be a win/win... or you won't sell it.

Yeah, I still bought it because it met my criteria, but I could have gotten a much better deal if my wholesaler wasn't so greedy. 

I do think it is  weak argument to say you want to put dad in the dumpy side, so you, the rich landlord can maximize your greedy gain.

Recently, in the last 18 months, wholesalers that I have been dealing with for several years and have bought property are starting to get greedy and not leaving enough meat on the bone for my liking.
