Hello, I am James Howard, from Carson City NV. I got started in learning about real estate investing about a year ago. I've been reading or listening to podcasts or webinars every chance I get to learn a new trade, real estate investing. I've been in road construction for about 30 years and I think its time to start a new chapter and try something else. I am interested in wholesaling and fix and flip to raise capital so I can start building a rental portfolio for passive income. I like the idea of BRRRR and house hacking. I'm looking at my local market, Carson City and Reno, but also exploring other markets in the Midwest, though haven't nailed one down yet. I joined BP because it's a wealth of information and networking with like minded people. I also love the calculators. I am excited about starting new adventures in real estate!
