Looking for wholesaling help

So I have been investing in real estate for years and have done fix and flips, and rentals. Recently, in the last 18 months, wholesalers that I have been dealing with for several years and have bought property are starting to get greedy and not leaving enough meat on the bone for my liking. I have not done any wholesaling before but am interested in learning more about it.  Here are my questions below:

1) Any recommendations on programs to watch or books to read to learn more about the process?

2) Are there any services or subscriptions that are preferably over other ones to use?

3) Can you give me your opinions on direct mail, phone calls, online marketing etc.? Which one do you find to be most effective?

4) What are the best practices when wholesaling?

5) Any other tips that you think would be helpful

Also, this is for my consumption and I will not be looking for a "buyers list" unless I find something I do not want and will call some other property owners that I know.

I do not mind investing money in training and marketing but want to make sure I get the best bang for my buck. Any information is helpful. Thank you in advance.
