I used Google to find an assortment of articles on auctions, and there are several sources to watch for upcoming auctions, like arkansasonline, auction.com, and the Pulaski County clerk's website.

Or what I do: when I have a question, first google the question with 'bigger pockets' attached to it, there is tons and tons of information on here.

Daphne V. if you are just starting and want to be simple (as well as free potentially) I have no problem telling people to get started on Excel (or Google sheets) to track and categorize expenses.
