Our culture seems to have degenerated in to an "Order-taker" mentality with very little pride in a job well done.

And rental growth in the area is projected to be good because the area is gentrifying and developing culturally.

Its not only about the asset and the means you get to it, its the global experience, its the culture of the group you elect to couple yourself with. 

It seems to be "the culture" out here that people generally don't get their security back.
