Central AC sounds like the long term solution.

It sounds like you are taking the necessary steps. 

Basically, new rules were put in place to make sure condos are safe and sound and are holding adequate reserves.

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

It all sounds good in theory but I’m either not understanding the fundamentals or I’m not familiar with my “refinancing out” options.  

Vrbo is not accepting new Subscription Listings and will only allow the renewal of prior Subscription Listings.It sounds like most don't do the subscription listing from what I read here but it's always been a no brainer for me.  

Not sounding like it would be fiseable from who i have talked to this far.

I understand the contracts, financing ( I was a loan originator), what can and can't be done, I know what keeps you from getting sued, how to set a price, I'm not offended during a walk through if the house isn't perfect and someone makes a disparaging comment (they are thinking out loud to see if it sounds right to them) maybe it's not actually a deal killer.

I've never used Cozy.co before, but it sounds like a lot of the investors in the area use it to list their properties, screen tenants, collect rents, etc. 

This sounds too easy…  Has anyone had any experience with this in the Northeast?
