In terms of courses, I am the type of person who is all for personal development, and have taken my fair share of courses and joined different masterminds.

@Carla Jones there are many potential master minds out there to join, they are all very different. 

Over the past 3-4 years, I have been involved in mastermind groups where we have met weekly.  

Masterminding with some investors and title people recently and they all said IRS does not normally go after them and force a sale, just keeps the lien on in case they ever do sell it. 

There are lots of books, masterminds, mentors, and programs out there.

I wanted to do a mastermind but it was $20,000, if I had that I would buy a house, lol.

There are “Master Mind” groups where high level discussions occur and usually the benefit is in “buying into a group of successful investors” with lots of resources.

It helps me to have a network of people that are ready to support and you'll find that in most REI groups, meetups, masterminds, local investors, etc...

Most everything else before you can learn for free from Masterminds and REI Zooms and groups.

I would say that my investment into subto was well worth it because it is literally the best real estate community out there and I would not be in the middle of buying my first business (Dry Cleaners in Philly) or apart of an amazing 5 man mastermind if it wasn't for Subto.
