Are deals scarce but amount of newbies abundant?

Now I am not trying to be a competition to anyone because I feel there is enough for everyone-law of abundance (lol), only If we all understand what the other person is bringing to the table.What I can contribute is investors contacts, and help build a network where we will have access to high net worth individuals once we show success in our first deal. 

Is it time that is abundant to you?

If there is an abundance of two bedrooms and not many with a dedicated office space, then you should go with the office space. 

Locals have the advantage if they stay active and know their stuff (in any market) but there’s plenty of room for and an abundance of investors coming in from all over and many deals out there for the ones that are serious about getting in. 

With all that being said, the market is starting to shift so potential MLS opportunities could become more abundant in Q1 or Q2 of next.

It refers to a situation where an individual becomes overwhelmed by the abundance of information and options available, leading to an inability to make decisions or take action.

3)Do you think the sudden availability of more abundant funding will make still investing a good idea because you can capture the spread between the funding rate and the (much lower) return like many funds are doing now?

@Stephen Pace, southeastern MA is one of the few parts of Eastern MA that has a relative abundance of deals. 

Money is abundant, its mentality that must change.
