There are about 70 different marketing resources in our database for ways we locate properties from watching the grass grow as we drive to or from a given location to others with direct mail, the courthouse steps, etc.There will always be an abundance of properties available from sellers for varying types and prices of properties.  

I am in no way selfish, and have an abundance mindset so I'd love to work with investors that are the same.I think that's enough for now.

Personally, I prefer to help others anytime I can because I believe in the "abundance mentality".

Since most people never move from where they were born, it ends up that those settlers kids build huge populations in those areas, where the amount of land is limited but there is an abundance of people.

I know a 50something year old friend who just left corporate America forcefully and is having the same struggles.I’d suggest to both of you a healthy dose of abundance mindset.
