Hey all,

My name Is Ryan and I'm from the Western NY area (Rochester). I purchased my first house 2 years ago which was a very exciting experience for me! I currently live in this house. As of recently, I acquired another house through inheritance which we will be moving to within the next two months, prompting me to become educated about renting out our current home.

Needless to say, I stumbled upon an abundance of information, one book in particular leading me here. The more books and articles I read, the more interested and motivated I became in actively pursuing real estate investments. I have since been educating myself, planning and networking on a daily basis for what I am already considering a business in its start-up phase.

My goal is to move to my new home, rent out my current one and get a feel for the rental process and management responsibilities, then immediately pursue my first purchase of an intentional rental property. My emotions and my bank account tell me to invest NOW, but my business sense tells me to wait until I can observe renting out my current home, collect some data and experience and continue to learn. 

I'm here to learn from the pros and share my experiences along the way for others to learn from as well!
