Apparently I'm an early adapter and this particular one was not supposed to be on the shelf.

It's adaptable and typically has lower interest rates, but keep in mind that you're using your property as collateral, so there's some risk.

In the short sale forum, one of the investors attached alot of good forms that you can adapt to your state.

You don't want them using adapters.- May have to tuck-point the brick here/there but that is not costly.I disagree that an older home would have more repairs. 

Is there any other suggestions you have for me to adapt to the current market? 

I've tried many of the platforms out there, both in financial and real estate, trying to adapt them to my current needs, but they did not work out at all.

The courses can be good but the info is general, takes time to learn and apply, may be one size fits all approach and can not adapt to the quick changes in the market.

From working with a lot of companies across the country- feedback was that Podio was a steep learning curve and not very user friendly and intuitive to learn although very customizable.We took the feedback from our customers and since then built our own platform off of Podio, that is super intuitive, simple, and to @Vaughn Smith's point, gives you and your team the best chance at using regularly and getting adapted to.

Given the massive shortage of housing in our area, we want to help expand housing by specializing in adaptive reuse projects.
