Had nothing to do with the actual FICO score stuff, was more about that being horrible personal finances that this generation had addicted themselves too.

update first I want to say thanks for all the great advice but unfortunately the house sold in 3 days. 6 offers. super hot subdivision as I said. what is unbelievable is that it sold for more than any house in the sub per square foot.

I stumbled across the BP podcast while perusing YouTube and I became addicted to the information that was shared.  

You could say I have a new addiction. 

I applied and was told that because I earn now on contract labor as an addictions counselor $2000/month, the debt to income ratio is too high ... and the private lender told me I do not qualify for any loans for the moment, unless I were to pursue the hard $$ loan to finance the purchase of the house.  

Be careful, this site is addictive.
