I have been listing to the BP podcast. and the one reoccurring theme is to networking. so i figured i would just make a post and get a general idea of who or whats out there.

If you have market where you get a lot of fly in workers who aren't traveling with their own vehicle and your property happens to be located within walking or public transit distance to the med center you'll get travelers who don't bring their own vehicles.

I’m curious to see what others like in multiple categories and find some of the common themes.

Always compare lenders but it is a common theme particularly in last month or so.

Are any of your STRs in the NW quadrant by the med center?

Saturation is only an issue if you don't stand out, and it's easy to stand out in Orlando (theme rooms!!!)
