I know I shouldn't judge but anyone that called me with a hint of "slang" of any sorts I did not let in.

(Hint - it's not good for you). 

Hunt through the brass fittings there and cobble together fittings so you can attach that pressure gauge to a faucet or shower in the unit (Hint: the screens in the end faucet unscrew as does the shower head).

Hint, in Rome there is single family who are the sole owners of the Plaza Colonna.  

If they hint at wanting to improve, I try to help offer them connections or a job if they're worthy. 

Hint; an electric motor doesn't use any electricity when its not running.

But I've been doing this long enough to know that when there is even a hint of extra work, I start asking how much and how long.

At present I am into properties in IA and MO, and have an 2 associates who have MI properties.Avg rehabbed and rented home is 30-50k and rents are 500-800.Hint- I can get ya pre rehabbed for 5k -15K a door, but long distance rehab is RISKY!

I tell my wife all the time, it's just money and we're still young enough to figure out some way to start over if we have to...hint, if you'll provide some of the numbers here, you'll get more than platitudes and encouragement...take advantage of this very helpful community. 

Look for hints that capital preservation is as important to the sponsor team as it is to you.
