Name is Darin, age 21, and from Ohio. Highly interested in getting my first investment property which is a 10 unit for 130k (asking price) and just nervous as hell. Don't really care though as I'm trying to do big things in life, so may as well start big. Open for any advice to help calm my nerves. I'm also completely broke lol

When many of us were 21, we were throwing up for other reasons.  Nice work in starting early!
