I’m sure they’d love free water to start a neighborhood car wash or fill up kitty pools and spray each other all day when you are the poor schmuck stuck with the water bill !

The corporate ones won't do anything outside walking around spraying.

Monthly trip to spray the weeds that grow in the cracks, usually timed with a showing or clean up.5.

I have had to paint my siding due to graffiti spray on it before and I routinely pick up baggies alcohol bottles and drug paraphernalia in the yard when I mow the grass .

We used spray-in on the ceiling of the apartment.Currently we are still finishing siding. 

We just drape plastic around the walls and half the garage to make a spray booth and dry on the other half.  

You don't want someone that's running amok and bringing disease into the home, but you also don't want someone that's going to spray you with Lysol every time you walk through the front door.

This is not a spray with bleach job.

Have no idea how long it has been going on but it was spraying inside the wall of the home.
