Hello all,My name is Daniel Root and I am a 27 year old want to be real estate investor in the Dallas area.I have no real experience in the real estate world other than having read a few books like "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and reading various articles on real estate investing including a number from the biggerpockets blog.

currently looking at 2 possible RE:a house across the street is probably going on Sherrif's sale next month, it was for sale in 2010-2011 but didn't sell due to the high asking price and a tree growing 10 inches away from the house (probably the root hits basement wall).a 1 bedroom condo near university, located under a 2 bedroom condo (so it's more like the basement with separate entrance). no garage, just 1 assigned parking lot.. maybe there's a condo fee.. price at 80-90K, which probably NOT a good rental property considering the rent might only be around $650-700

Oh, and I am hoping you root for the correct team (hint: they have won 8 NCAA basketball championships)!

I recently got an application on a rental from a local charity group for a family that is moving from China to start their roots in the US.

Your advocacy is ABSOLUTELY needed to arrest the neighborhood decline cycle.Stay engaged, follow it through, your effort is will keep petty crime away and repel even worse elements from taking root.

One has a good amount of roots showing and show have even pushed up a brick patio on the back of the home ( about 3 inches).

So there is no way to treat the root of the problem.

The first thing you need to do is figure out why you lack cash and fix that problem at its root.
