Like many people in BP community, I'm a personal development and real estate investing nerd.I would love to know what everyone is thinking/planing/doing for their personal and real estate growth in 2016.Here's a great outline if you don't have a plan already.

Nothing says serious like having a crappy conversation on Tuesday night and showing up the next day at 11am with a 2 hour plane flight.  

I know a Realtor who missed the sq ft of a home by more than 10%, she ended up paying for loss of wages, plane tickets, motel bills, meals plus an award for thier trobles as well as attorney fees and court costs.

Controllers use "flight strips" to track aircraft, back then they were thin paper strips that slid into a holder and the holder was laid on a rack that was tilted back so that if you took the bottom holder off the rack, (like that plane landed) the rest would slide down and you'd then work the next in line.

It is not worth your time and a plane fare to handle it yourself.

So my turn around time is getting screwed up.Anyways I am planing to put the money and efforts and get the property in right shape.

One thing I didn't read was sometimes you have to carve out some time jump in your car or on that plane and go out to your property.

@Heather Fugger-simply paying the taxes does Not give you a lien….you’d have to buy at the tax lien/deed auction initiated by the county-you will never be able to buy the note from the lender.You’re best, since even phone calls with her agent don’t work, and if you really want it……drive/hop on a plane and talk to her face to face.

Although replacing the windows is on my list of things to do, i was not planing on doing it any time soon.
