Every time someone wants to get sophisticated with little houses it boggles the mind the quantity of potential problems with financing, insuring, title insurance, etc that could be deemed invalid when transferring an asset out of one's name into an entity.   

Seems easier to manage, unless of course you're mailing far higher quantity and are worried about call volume.

I agree with Jeff, had some printed up through VistaPrint they look great, and the cost was reasonable little over $8 bucks for 50 as this was my first time using them which is the reason for the small quantity.

Rick Harmon I would love to get in touch with your friend and get his take on the company from the inside, I think it would lend me a hand in deciding on if this is something to proceed with or not.All in all, This was a great experience for me and my girlfriend.

I'm not big on quantity.  

I did a google search and the options are endless and everyone wants me sign up before they will give me any pricing or quantities of leads in my zip code.

Remember, Quality is more important than quantity.

If you start out with an apartment complex start off kind of small and work your way up where the quantity is concerned. 

That kind of track record doesn’t happen by accident and requires consistent, disciplined conservative underwriting and execution.So as a conservative investor, it’s difficult for me to pick the young, unknown quantity when I can have the recession tested sponsor.  

It is all about wisdom and the quantities you make offers on.
