Hello everyone! I am brand new in here. Currently studying a lot to learn more about FLipping houses. I am moving to Miami with cash, so I am looking for any advices, tips, recommendations for buying agents, attorneys and so on. I have never done anything related to real estate except manage few rentals that my parents owe. I am open to any information you can provide!

I also begun to scan the areas for a good place to start in, but haven't had a chance to actually drive around and see the area, so if you have any suggestions regarding that as well, I will really appreciate.

That is such an important thing to do before investing. unless you care strictly about return and not location or anything else, you MUST drive the areas. Especially in S Fla, it can change completely within a few blocks.
