So, I am offering on a property with a structural issue to be held as a rental...it appears the foundations has been professionally repaired in recent history, but the living room and upstairs bedroom continue to slope a quite bit...I think I can jack the floor back up and shim it appropriately.But I plan to pull the equity out in 6 months and am concerned with the appraisal for the re-fi...anyone have any advice on this situation?

Mortgage & insurance is about $1800/mo but that's on a 20yr mortgage and I'd likely re-fi into a 30 to get my equity out (decent amount).
