Car loan refinancing

Hi. My husband is living and working in US. He has an existing car loan and he is thinking of applying for a refinancing to be able to reduce the monthly payment. At first, I was kinda hesitant with this. But when he explained to me that he will be needing a lower monthly dues to be able to afford the housing loan that he wants to pursue this year, it  made me say yes to refinancing...haha. Me and the kids are so excited now to move to US this year. :-) Going back, in case you know a good financing firm that offers lower interest rate, please feel free to leave a message here. Thank you!

For what it is worth, refinancing a car does not necessarily mean extending the term. I have done it before and kept a similar term but lower interest rate. With no costs to close there were zero downsides.
