I know that anything on MLS this wont be an issue but im talking about other outlets; Pre-foreclosures, bankruptcies,  REO, ect… 

The circuit covers at least 10 outlets including the kitchen stove, microwave, dishwasher, (all three of which are plugged into hidden outlets) countertop outlets, outlets in the living room, dining room and bedroom.

Updated the shower, new toilets, new electrical outlets, garbage disposal, smart thermostat.

.• Complement the living room with flowers.• Include quirky works of art in your pictures.

It can sometimes be painful to pay a handyman for something as trivial as replacing a house full of outlet covers that a tenant removed for some unknown reason, but is that the best use of 90 minutes of your day (including driving time in this specific real life example)- Try to develop and document systems for common tasks whether I outsource them or not.

. - flashing installed incorrectly around chimney resulting in water damage to roof- outlet burned out due to fire damage- dishwasher circuit wired to other outlets and light fixtures- rocks out in door jamb instead of insulation- carpets buried in backyard only uncovered when installing a shed- boiler worked once (ironically for home inspection) and had to replace hot water heaterThe list goes on.

You are already on the right track being on BP, I didn’t have this outlet when I did the flip but wish I did.

Finished the basement, updated the windows and increased the curb appeal with planter boxes and flowers.

I hope you won’t take it the wrong way, but - since I did not hear from you the last time - I put flowers on a bedroom windowsill with a note addressed to “The beautiful woman at the house,” and signed the note with, “I am excited about pursuing a transaction between us,” before I learned from five of your proximate neighbors that she is your sixteen year old daughter.

As of right now there are plenty of outlets that you can choose.
