The strategy meetings are basically a Q&A session.

We've done a lot of exchanges, and been involved in many tax planning sessions.

On the day of your court date, you have to attend your session and plead your case and bring necessary paperwork etc to support your case.

15.Can you do video walk through, FaceTime, skype sessions?

This is an honest question, not meant to offend, if you haven't it would be worth attending a session or two... but just a spoiler alert... not many bring lawyers and they can certainly sue anyone.

I grew up in Black Jack which is basically down the street.

The entire session was a sales technique designed to get you accustomed to saying "Yes" so that when they set the hook, you will say "yes" again without much thought.

Hmm, we've gone over this a few times in our property mgr training sessions and it seems you have to store items for 30-days if their estate or trustee does not claim.  

In fact, I believe Alex Hormozi was on a BP podcast within the last few months and was talking about paying Grant Cardone somewhere above $100,000 for several private phone calls/mentoring sessions that ended up being maybe an hour or two worth of his time.
