There is nothing like flying into San Juan Airport and seeing your building from the airplane. 

Boy I looked at Abeerdeen hard back in 05 06 is was dead and dying.. not sure whats happened since.. but I loved flying into that little airport there and having my 100 dollar hamburger but then the restaurant closed.. the approach was over the bay very cool  then I would take the long way home and fly up the coast to the Straight and wrap around to the peninsula go over Crescent lake   then shoot down West of the SeaTac Class B and back home.. fun way to burn avgas. scenery off the charts.. 

It's not super hidden any more but with extremely low crime, very affordable houses coupled with good school systems, and tons of developments coming to the area (MLB airport expansion, Margaritaville, Water park, etc.) the appreciation potential is certainly there.

We are building residential and commercial to provide more jobs and the airport continues to expand allowing more markets enter our area.

How often do you need to go to the airport?   

I also travel a good bit to California ( San diego ) if I recall the airport lands right over the water.

I have some owners that store there car in a storage unit by the airport.

You talk about quality of life etc. small town vibe but has airport to get to Seatac  you have the cascades on one side  Columbia river running through it  Lake Chelan just North  its a wonderland.
