Depending on the homes nearby, renters may care very much about the exterior and some may care a lot about the interior too.

On sites that need less lifting like just some interior renovations, than it's less important to go out and see it as frequent.

Interior looks amazing with very neutral colors. 

Also I did a dummy trial of of a flip and I saw on the right side it showed expenses: exterior, interior - is there away you can manage that and put numbers in there?  

I fully agree that you don't have nearly enough pictures of the interior of the house and the one picture of the living room isn't very inviting. 

Since there is nothing now, you will have to run all utilities to the site and construct everything (foundation, roof, walls, and all interior finishes) I would definitely call some GC's and get a better ballpark figure and be positive the city will allow you to construct.

I've even had issues with lender requiring repair for holes in interior wall from a removed speaker system, holes in carpet exposing slab, oven not working at appraisal, so a lot of what many see as minor issues can cause lender to not approve the loan.
