Biggerpockets Plus advantage

I have been viewing BiggerPockets for years but now considering upgrading to PLUS after really looking at the calculators.  I do not need PDF's of my reports so would PLUS be ok.  Also I did a dummy trial of of a flip and I saw on the right side it showed expenses: exterior, interior - is there away you can manage that and put numbers in there?  On my report it just showed on the bottom line the total $ amount I bad budgeted for expenses with $0 for everything?
