This is based on scraping the internet - I only have 5 years of experience so would love to learn from others if such a list exists or we can collaborate on this message board to enhance.

All other ceilings throughout the house have been scraped of the popcorn and been re-texturized.

I love the idea of using a CRM to enhance my ability to work on a list, but why did you choose Wise Agent? 

At this point I don't see why I should go to the expense of making it accessible although it's not problem to enhance safety with grab bars, etc. 

We know what is most important to them and the health of the business and have learned that insignificant trivial gifts do not enhance your business relationship and in many cases are viewed by tenants in a negative light.Not giving a gift has neither a negative or positive impact, giving a gift, aside from being unprofessional often backfires on a landlord. 

I should note my walls were textured with a medium/eggshell gloss paint.  

Even the auto-pay offer, sort of felt like enhanced bait to keep me biting (they could set that up on their own without discussing it with me).I'm going to just let this one go, and get some more experience interviewing people!

Benchmarks are a powerful tool and it seems like the only national standard is the Case-Shiller Home Price Index.I am hoping this can be the beginning of something great and I am absolutely open to ideas that can enhance this.

Cleaning costs nothing but it radically enhances the look of your office.

The rest of my rant can be bucketed into just general technology enhancements, especially in the commercial lending industry.
