And most importantly learn what your purpose in life is (hint it’s to love and be loved but there is much more to it)

Don't ask me why they had the attorney doing it, I kept hinting that there had to be someone better than me who does this type of thing for a living for way cheaper than my rate but was ignored by the client.

The all-in cost for materials on these were ~$975 (hint: buying them from any other contractor would have been $6000-$8000 installed) .

I would be all over it if the bank would finance their properties to me.Although, a sidenote, an investor friend of mine actually has had a package deal financed by the local bank that he bought them from.But the hint is that it was a local bank and he was buying in bulk (5-7 I think).

I hinted to my realtor and got the run around about how he pays tens of thousands of dollars in overhead for the privilege of being a realtor.  

Just kind of hinted "you know Kyle, I have great credit."
