land contracts
I just talked to an investor that said she buys foreclosures from the bank using a land contract.I have never heard about this and was wondering if anyone could elaborate.

Hi, I think you misunderstood...she might buy from banks and then use a land contract. Banks must dispose of the property and usually they will not finance them either! Maybe the bank technically sells to someone else you sells it to her on a land contract. Check again, good luck, Bill
