The roof does have cedar shake underneath the existing standing seam steel roof so it needs re-decked (an extra 5k, sure) but still, the prices are significantly higher than I expected.

The floor is wavy so I’ll have to redo the underneath (going under the house and fixing the foundation) and then put a floor on top.
