.- All new flooring, kitchen, light fixtures, switches, outlets, appliances, master bathroom, window treatments, etc.- Removed a set of windows in the kitchen and opened up the exterior wall for a glass sliding door.- Added a walk out deck from the new kitchen sliding doors.

There are power outlets that don't have power.

Trimmed up trees and bushes, fresh flowers, new mulch in the garden beds, etc. presents nicely.  

It's an area that is slowly turning with the help of National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, Old Town Alexandria 5 minutes away, Downtown D.C. 10 minutes away, MGM Casino, and the new Amazon HQ construction starting soon.

If I buy my first property and rent it out, let’s say for $2,400 per month and my monthly mortgage, tax, insurance, etc is $2,000 month.

The week before I prepped the property, new mulch in the beds, new flowers on the porches, grass freshly cut, everything on the outside looked perfect!
