Landscaping To Force Appreciation

Hi all, I am in the middle of a house hack and I'm currently working on the landscaping. Does anyone have any experience with this raising their property value? Just wanting to know if the work I'm doing will give me any sweat equity or just green grass. My overall cost will be minimal, so even if it doesn't force a ton of appreciation that's ok. Thanks!

@Nate Arrington landscaping is often less about equity as it is about presenting the product well.  Also, assuming this is single family and not a multifamily.  No one looks at the trimmed roses and says 'that's easily worth another $250'.  Good landscaping should: photograph well, attract more online views, schedule more showings, and hopefully lead to higher offers.  Often it is seen as a good return on investment though if the budget is kept low.  Trimmed up trees and bushes, fresh flowers, new mulch in the garden beds, etc. presents nicely.
