we started with no nest egg since we spent 40k on learning packages not sorry we did but we do try and prevent others from doing the same... but with 14 closes in the last 4 months money is not the the driving forces creativity is...Its not what you have its how you use the resources  that you have that is the deciding factor...love chatting and am always looking for new contacts
