Out your way the top one to look at is the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester (2nd location in Waltham too).  

Henri,It seems you have found a Diamond but I would suggest you view more than 1 unit(as many as you can!!)!

I suggest you do that too.If you were going to begin investing and dealing in diamonds, don't you think it would be logical to understand what those rocks were, how they cut, what different grades were, why they are used in industry and for jewelry or simply left as investment grade before you jump in and start dealing in this area?

I suggest Black Diamond which meets in Waltham and Worcester every other month as well as the Chelmsford REIA.  

Sometime in the future, I hope to acquire investment property, but for now, I'm acting as a CO licensed real estate broker to help my Denver area investment clients find their "diamonds in the rough."

Adding her income makes it more affordable, but I cant ask to put her in that situation before I make the worst investment all of us guys HAVE to make and buy her a big worthless diamond she'll probably lose. 

REIA's and other Investment Clubs (Black Diamond) are great places to network.
