How do I delete posts from my alerts page?  

I can't tell if there's a way to move or delete this thread.

Feel free to e-mail or PM me.At this stage, I'm toying with the idea of having the Seller's attorney draw up the documents, and then I can insert/delete clauses as necessary.

To make it easier, retype the form AND delete the line.

So probably worth starting another one up and it'll grow- @Brendan Martin- keep me posted and I can get word out to flippers in town I know...I'd say as an investor/realtor....don't waste your time sending a generic letter...I would say I get several letters/emails literally weekly that are very similar and I don't know how to weed the non serious investors out- so I just rip em up/delete them.The only thing I take serious is a call with a specific house...And its ok to text/leave messages...."

If you see anything there that you don't like, simply delete the email and continue.

@Rob BelandThis is all I found:16) Delete sub-section 10.12.2 and replace it with the following:10.12.2 Prohibited AppliancesThe following equipment shall be prohibited:(a) gas range ovens, broilers, or top burners for space heating purposes;(b) gas ranges with match-lit ovens;(c) any commercial cooking range without a listed oven safety pilot; and(d) appliances not in compliance with the statutory requirements of M.G.L. c. 148, §25E.It came from here: http://www.mass.gov/ocabr/licensee/dpl-boards/pl/r...I have always believed the intent was to take these out of circulation when they fail, though I can't for the life of me find where it says they cannot be repaired. 

I use these on my MFH building and add the code for the contractor then delete when they're done.
