Hi Jamall,Go down to a Temp Agency and tell them you want to work on your days off.Then take whatever work they have for you and pocket it 100% (less taxes).That will give you some seed money because having something in the bank is better than having nothing in the bank.

That said, if his wholesale contract with the Seller is set to expire in a few days, he probably has no agency agreement protection for having introduced you to the property like a Realtor would have.
