They do hold your hand with personal success coaches as long as you want, and provide tons of support, especially the private FB mastermind group of truly successful investors and industry professionals with no trolls or naysayers.

@Iyad Salem having a mentor is great but I’ve found being part of a mastermind really pushes me and holds me accountable.

Not every data point we want is available in each market.To be fair, we have looked at other systems because we are always around the different companies marketing them and we have participated in a number of masterminds where they are discussed. 

Great continuing discussion.I just facilitated a mastermind meeting today where the primary discussion focused on employees vs. contractors as it related to workmens comp. insurance.As J. mentioned above when it comes to lawsuits from contractors (or their wives) investors are usually the biggest targets.
