Ideal Corporate Structure for Residential Rental Company
What is the ideal structure for a residential rental real estate company? I have been told that each property should be put into its own LLC. Do I need an umbrella company or corporation? What would be the advantage of a partnership vs. C-Corp vs. S-Corp. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
