You can google to get some more info, but basically it's a thicker and more premium vinyl that comes in both "wood-look" or more artificial types.

I found a property that has a foundation issue.At first, I was turned off and passed it over.Doing some Google searching I see they also tried to sell this property in 2014 (at a higher price) but it did not sell.It has been sitting on the market now for a few weeks.

If you can pull public records, MLS records of prior listings, google maps, etc you can gain a bit of knowledge as to the property and neighborhood.

I am presuming you are not taking a secured lien on real property (you should)...I would not do this deal unless you are prepared to reduce your 100k liquid to 5k and monthly payments of 833.33 a month for who knows how long.If I'm a company 60 days away from a 12 million dollar infusion, I don't put myself in the position of needing a 100,000 band-aid.

Yeah that's not a bad idea of the REIA meetups , ill even try googling them maybe a good one might pop up and also asking around BP might help also .
