Right now, I am keeping my eyes on Mapleton/Fall Creek area (not Brightwood/Martindale/Fairgrounds/46218 area, this is just east of Mapleton Fall Creek and not as desirable) and Christian Park area.

@Christian Beebe Without going into the calculation of NOI, I would say offer the company $350k with 10% down and have them finance the rest for 1-5 years balloon (whatever your time frame is) @ 5% interest and 25 year amortization.
