Tampa credit unions/ local banks?

I am in the process of carrying out a refinance on 5 of my properties and I want to attain  a 30 year mortgage with a fixed rate(conventional financing ).

All the properties are all under 5 units and I would like to refinance all of the properties at the same time. Eventhough I spoke to several larger banks I would like more information on credible lenders who can close quickly and are easy to work with.As an out of state investor I am not familiar with the best local banks and I seek advice on who to work with in the local area. My goal is to build a strong relationship with a lender who I can grow with and retain  a competive interest rate.

Then after the refinances are carried out I will acquire a multifamily property (16 units plus).
