BUTThat’s all music to my ears because if there is only 5 investors after a property I want it’s better then 500 investors after the property I want.

Reading anything real estate related that I can get my hands on, listening to the BP podcasts instead of repetitious music and patiently building the capital to attain my goal is what I am currently working on. 

I have a music business, though thinking about shutting it down, rentals, and CFFU. 

I have a new tenant who likes to hang in his garage and play music.  

Additional accolades are also helpful.

The idea of Cafes, good food, good music, hanging out with friends appealed to him, but chopping lettuce and preparing food and cleaning up, dealing with employees and all the WORK thats required was very different then the joy of hanging out at a cafe.

Linda, thank you very much for the advice.Unfortunately, there has been a negative development:The buyer got back to us and told us that his son in law went back out to land to check it outin the rain but the neighbors across the streetcame out in the rain stood there and stared at himstarted their trucks, revved the enginesand blared rock music really loud at him...Talked to his father and he said that ifthe neighbors are "rednecks" it would be a problem.On the West side, another neighbor came out previouslyand shouted "don't build anything next to me!"

I'm assuming he knows what's wrong with it and doesn't want to face the music. 

My sister and I run a music school and hope to eventually have our own building.

We found a neighborhood that is in the early stages of redevelopment and home prices are still affordable, yet I could still walk to a Panthers game or the Music Factory.
