He may be able to trick a consumer or small lender, but if anyone does a global review of his financials to include his business, it will be a wash and won't help him.I believe the entity type and structure will determine if it is pass through or not. 

I submit my global net worth, my personal Financial Statement, my purchase sale agreement, all financials operating statements (P&L), rent role, etc..  

They repossessed it and decided finishing it and running was more profitable than selling.And global changes could have dramatic effects.
