The neighbors are so happy that what I will be doing to this home, the women next door started crying.

That's what most women in Arkansas say.....LOLKevin is or was the mayor of Huntsville.I'd think Rodgers, especially Springdale would be good, Fayettville being a college town will be pricy for rentals.

I've been looking at this niche and explored renting out a one-story 4BR house to a four 60+ year old women.

Maybe less women invest because women are more risk averse than men generally?

Very few applicants in my rental market are married, mostly single women with children.
