Keep an eye out I'm sure you'll find a diamond in the rough eventually.

@Mike Hurney runs a couple of meetings on the North Shore, there is a good REIA in Chelmsford, @Ann Bellamy organizes the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester too) and @Justin Silverio does a quarterly meetup in Woburn (Though the one TONIGHT is on site at a finished rehab project in Reading).

There are four categories of Incubator+Accelerator memberships based on level of expertise (Gold for newbies, Gold+Plus for intermediate, Sapphire for Advanced, and Diamond specifically for licensed agents).

Definitely make sure to hit the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester!  

You should also look at the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham and there is the Boston Area REIA in Medford.  

Could be a diamond in the rough - or it is what it is, a wind-swept farm town where mechanization killed the labor pool.  

Also, it takes work but you can find some diamonds in the rough.

I am not an expert on MA evictions and court processes, although Inessa Shur is, and she will be speaking at Black Diamond on 2/21, so be sure to catch her presentation.On a more practical note, however, you won't be able have the tenant jailed for not paying rent.
