Hey GuysI'm a licensed general contractor in Grand Rapids and I have been a custom home builder for the last 5 years. 

Plans are submitted to city, will start on "in-place" type reno next week for existing bath.Goal would be to find a buyer early so that we can either sell as soon as it is complete, or even sell it now - bonus for buyer would be they can customize a bit if desired (e.g. here are your two choices we include in this price range. or pay more to get whatever custom version you want). 

Hit them both on FB using custom audiences. 

@Duane Whittaker Highlighting  several good points here, leveraging is your key to get the ball rolling faster, although it does increase risk, so the risk tolerance. 

I'd suggest highlighting the house's other many great qualities--nice residential neighborhood, near amenities--rather than headlining one thing that is not really a selling point.Good luck!!

Their customer service has been wonderful in my experience.

I've had particularly bad luck with US Bank in the past, they had terrible customer service and too many nickle and dime things that just irritated me.
