An easy way to find those properties is to compare mailing address to physical address.  

. :) I would take some time and check AirBNB and VRBO directly and see what others are charging nightly, what their amenities are and what their calendars look like.You can compare that with the AirDNA results and get a better idea.

When comparing properties, it doesn't really matter what the interest rate is as long as the cash flow is the same.

I’ve not done a ton of research comparing the two recently but my general understanding is quite the opposite.

Speaking of which the price is amazing compared to other PMS, but I expect that to change as the company gets more popular. 

At least you're clearer about the situation compared to few days ago.

We recommend you get management contracts from several PMCs and compare the services they cover and, more importantly, what they each DO NOT cover.

I wouldn't completely discount the city compared to the county if it is a good deal.
