There are different kids of big-box brokerages and as a new agent I would steer clear of old school and focus more on brands like eXp or Compass or Real, brokerages that give you opportunities to join teams and have updated marketing and more cloud availability than in-person requirements for new agents.

There are a few issues here: 1) you are being pressured by this being a "hot" property- Don't let that cloud your judgment or your business plan; 2) Without full disclosure in the form of property disclosures or an inspection, you really have no idea what this property has going on underneath the veil---- Get an inspection and pressure the selling agent to provide disclosures; 3) If you don';t put earnest money down with your contract or within a few days of your accepted offer (depending on the contract requirements) your offer is not accepted since there is no consideration.

I have Multiple EIN's, and Several QB accounts and one Subscription -  a desktop version and not cloud based so that might be the difference.I love QB and my accounts are happy with what I send them so to each his own for sure.

I have only used Google forms, so just wondering beyond integration with various cloud services, are there other advantages?

Maybe even allows for threads to discuss different topics...This could be accomplished in some way or another with a combination of a shared cloud space and WhatsApp or a Facebook page, but I'm looking for an all-in-one solution as this would make the burden on my contractor a lot easier.

These cameras upload to the cloud as it is recording, so even if someone destroys the camera, the video is safe in the cloud.
