Tech Platform to Keep Everyone Connected

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

I am working on an out-of-state flip and can not be at the project every day. My contractor and I are looking for a solution that serves following purposes.

  • Allows the contractor to post videos and pictures of the days work,
  • Allows the contractor to upload subcontractor bids, receipts and other project related documents
  • And has some sort of messaging tool built in that allows for easy communication. Maybe even allows for threads to discuss different topics...

This could be accomplished in some way or another with a combination of a shared cloud space and WhatsApp or a Facebook page, but I'm looking for an all-in-one solution as this would make the burden on my contractor a lot easier. Anyone know of anything?

Also, curious to hear about some of the solutions other flippers use.

Thanks!
