Plumbers which is under Remax  and  Rental Network (empty house for 5 months)  and currently we have  one property under Century 21 it's been rented consistently  however I don't think they check on the house.

Plus a lot of the houses are a century old, so you may have lead paint  and old wiring/plumbing issues that may not have been upgraded.
